Women of the Wasatch
Women of the Wasatch (WoW) is an Utah based trail running community where women can discover their authentic selves. We empower all women to take to the trails, whether they are working toward one mile or a hundred. Together we have the freedom to explore, to fail, to dare, to go anywhere and do anything. Whatever the adventure may be, women have support through their whole journey; with Women of the Wasatch women feel belonging, because women are limitless. We have a history of taking risks and supporting female trail running through scholarships to minority female runners, creating space for pregnant and post-partum women, advocating with Race Directors for 50/50 start lines and partnering with women and brands who are rewriting the history of trail running.

We seek to build connection and encourage everyone to take to the trails by hosting weekly runs and meetups catered to runners of all abilities and backgrounds. We strive to leave our mark on the northern Utah community by hosting events with other local organizations investing in the future of trail running through youth programs maintaining our trails and volunteering for local races. We welcome all who are comfortable in a space centered around women39s running.
