2025 Good Neighbor Award Applications are Available Now! Submit Your Application By August 1st. Applications for the 2025 Idaho REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award are now available. This award is designed to honor those which have made extraordinary impacts through their volunteer work in our community. The deadline for submitting nominations is August 1st, 2025, at 5 PM MT. This is an amazing opportunity to highlight the efforts of those who have gone beyond their duties as REALTORS® and invested significant personal time and resources towards volunteer efforts. Remember, this award is all about individual contributions and personal impact, rather than company-wide efforts. To submit a nomination: -Complete the official entry form, which is accessible here. -Include any necessary documents that support the nomination. -Send the completed form and attachments to IAR@Idahorealtors.com. Nominees must be members in good standing of Idaho REALTORS® and be able to document the results of their individual involvement. Nominations can be self-submitted, or they can be nominated by another member, a local association executive, or the community organization they serve. If a nominee was a previous IR Good Neighbor Award Winner, they will not be eligible to be an applicant again no matter the length of years since previously winning.
