An amuse-bouche is a small tasting of what is offered on the menu, often served as an hors d'œuvre or appetizer. With this culinary tradition in mind, we would like to invite registered participants of Kolaj Fest New Orleans to submit to an exhibition that will take place at LeMieux Galleries during the event. WORLD COLLAGE DAY DILLSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA, USA Collage and Conversation Do you have a love of all things paper? Do you find inspiration in the most unlikely items? Do you have an intense compulsion to cut, paste, and create something new? If so, the art of Collage may be for you. Join Scissors and Glue Collage Collective to celebrate World Collage Day and the third anniversary of the founding of their group at the Dillsburg Area Public Library. If you are new to collage or are a fellow aficionado they invite you to share an afternoon of creativity and conversation in a supportive environment. With no set theme for this meeting, artists are encouraged to design freely and follow their creative voice. Bring along your existing projects or start a new work. Materials are available but if you have paper, magazines, photos, etc. you would like to share, you can add them to their growing collection. The event is free.
