Funding for Healthcare Navigator Program Health Insurance Marketplace established through the Affordable Care Act enables people to find quality affordable health coverage. CBCIL Coastal Bend Navigators provide free confidential services to consumers Announcements Join CBCIL and the Functional Needs Support Team FNST with City Hurricane Evacuation Exercise.
