In conjunction with the Visalia Police Department in the form of a 50year lease on the facility Bruce Miller Ron Kucala and Herschel OBrien completed construction of the clubhouse that same year. The Fun House followed to expand training for both law enforcement and the recreational shooter. Steve Abbott MemorialDVC Dedication of the memorial for Steve Abbott was held on Saturday July 26th 2003.
