OUR MISSION IS TO HELP YOUTH REACH THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH THE SPORT OF ROWING. MHRC ATTRACTS YOUTH FROM ALL OVER THE METRO AREA (PUBLIC/PRIVATE) WHO ARE INTERESTED IN ROWING FOR FUN, FITNESS, AND COMPETITION-AND FOR SOME, TO ROW AND COMPETE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE SPORT. OTHER BENEFITS INCLUDE: PEAK PHYSICAL FITNESS, CHARACTER BUILDING AND CONFIDENCE, FUN TEAM ATMOSPHERE, BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR VENUE, EXPERIENCED COACHES, EXPOSURE TO A LIFELONG SPORT, AND COLLEGE RECRUITING AND NATIONAL RECOGNITION.

Our programs are designed to bring out the best in each athlete in a fun and competitive environment. Mile High Rowing draws junior rowers from all over the Denver metro and beyond Cherry Creek Evergreen Parker Littleton Boulder and Colorado Springs just to name a few. Many of our rowers come to Mile High Rowing with diverse athletic backgrounds.
