Persian and Himalayan Cat Rescue (PHR) provides shelter, food and grooming for Persian, Himalayan and other cats rescued from scheduled euthanasia at regional humane societies and veterinary clinics. PHR also provides medical care and spaying or neutering as required. PHR places recovered cats into suitable new homes.
