Cats In The City CATS IN THE CITY Helping the stray and feral cats of NYC Cats In The City is an IRS 501c3 nonprofitorganization focused on helping the stray and feral community cats of New York. Our goal is to humanely reduce the massive population of community cats living on the streets. ADOPT Find our adoptable cats on our adoption page or on Petfinder. FOSTER Many of our cats and kittens need a loving temporary home before finding their forever home.
