Nonprofit program for kids focusing on aviation, STEM, and changing the face and future of aviation. Jim Shaw ACE Academy in a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing innovative aviation education and experiences beyond traditional schooling to underrepresented minorities including African Americans, Latinos, and women. Our goal is to not only inspire them to pursue aviation but to support them in becoming the best versions of themselves, encouraging them to aim high and reach their full potential.
