Meet Caesar Kalinowski IV, our newest board member! Caesar entered our community first as a Fellow in 2022-2023 and now joined our board this past April. Caesar is a First Amendment, technology, and media attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, litigating cases involving the freedom of expression and IP disputes, and providing advice to media and tech companies on regulatory and product-related issues. Prior to becoming an attorney, he served multiple overseas tours with the Marine Corps and intelligence services. What drew him to our mission and board? “From my time as a fellow to moderating panels with leaders from around the world, I have been enormously impressed by the impact that World Affairs Council has in connecting Seattle to the global stage.
