S.T.A.C.I.E. FOUNDATION
Mission:To promote healing and offer hope while walking side by side with survivors of violent crime. Vision:Strive To Achieve Compassion Intervention & EducationThe S.T.A.C.I.E. Foundation was inspired by Lorraine Whoberry, who survived a brutal attack on her daughters in 1999, which took the life of Stacie (for whom the foundation is named). Her younger daughter Kristie, who survived the attack, is a healthy mother today. The S.T.A.C.I.E. Foundation continues its mission to help all survivors of violent crime to include those who survive an attack, their families, and even offenders who perpetrate the crime. The healing process is step-by-step, day-by-day. Hope and healing comes from giving back to those who've suffered tragedy. In sharing her story, Lorraine learned that her own healing depended on helping others. The S.T.A.C.I.E. Foundation carries its message of Healing and Hope and Forgiveness to schools, churches, communities and prisons.
