Yesterday, we closed out the school year with our End-of-Year Meeting and Celebration, where we honored some of the incredible people who make Providence Cristo Rey so special. Spanish teacher Catalina Alfaro received the new St. Mother Theodore Guerin Outrageously Bold Team Member of the Year Award for her Christ-like care and commitment to justice in our community. Our Team Member of the Year was Registrar Luis Delgado, and the Teacher of the Year was Theology teacher Chad Volmert. On May 30th, we celebrated the Class of 2025 as they crossed the stage and officially became Providence Cristo Rey graduates. It was a meaningful evening filled with pride, joy, and well-earned tears. We’re incredibly proud of everything this class has accomplished and look forward to seeing the impact they’ll make in college, career, and beyond.
