IYRS Boatbuilding & Restoration '07 alum Joel Senger was back on campus for a two-week boatbuilding workshop with a select group of students from the Salve Regina University Summer Compass Program—a two-week, project-based experience designed to spark curiosity through hands-on learning and collaboration. In our shop, they dove into traditional boatbuilding—learning the value of teamwork, precision, and patience as they bring their Chesapeake Light Craft Passagemaker Dinghy to life.
