GREAT LEAP, Inc., is a Los Angeles-based, multicultural arts organization which uses art as both performance and creative practice to deepen relations among people of diverse cultures and faiths and to transform how we live on the earth. Founded in 1978 by Artistic Director Nobuko Miyamoto, Great Leap is rooted in the Asian American community and promotes cross-cultural exchange with local and nationwide audiences and communities. Aside from Performances and Teaching programs, Great Leap's work is available to the public free of charge.
