The National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) provides support, technical assistance and training to state and local ombudsmen around the nation. We provide support, technical assistance, and training to Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs. THE PURPOSE OF LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN SERVICES IS PROMOTING THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE QUALITY OF LIFE AND CARE FOR ALL RESIDENTS IN LONG TERM CARE FACILITIES.
