Mumbai-based Centre of Equity and Quality in Universal Education (CEQUE) aims to transform classroom learning through the flagship 'Teacher Innovator Program'. Mumbai-based Centre of Equity and Quality in Universal Education aims to transform classroom learning CEQUE enables teachers from government and low-income private schools in India, to transform their classrooms so that every child receives quality education. Through a three-year proprietary Teacher Innovator Program, CEQUE trains teachers in innovative teaching techniques in Math and Language. The program involves year-round inputs and coaching support, and continuous monitoring and evaluation of teacher skills and student learning. Currently impacting ~2,100 teachers and 25,000 students, in ~900 schools mainly in rural and tribal areas of India, CEQUE is looking to cover 4,800 teachers and 96,000 students in 2023, with a long term goal of reaching 7,200 teachers and 144,000 students by 2027.
