Our mission is to create vibrant new networks between Northern European African and American cultures through juxtaposition of traditional and contemporary art in a novel institution the TUKKU MAGI Museum andCultural Center in Tukums LatviaTUKKU MAGI is comprised of the Tukku Magi Kolekcija LatviaTukku Magi Dialogue USAand Pasaules Kultru Telpa Tukum Latvia. Tukku Magi means line of hills in the nearly vanished Liv FinnoUgric language. Possibly this was the origin of the current name of the town of Tukums. Latvia is a space historically destined to bridge between East and West.
