On Friday, we saw a big win as the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal ruled that law enforcement can’t deny public records requests due to events being “under review.” There are still unresolved parts of this case and it will continue in court. But this was a significant step forward for Louisianans’ constitutional rights. (fb)
