Mental Health Systems (MHS) provides mental health services and substance abuse treatment designed to improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities. Our Caring, and skilled practitioners implement new and creative treatment strategies, while also respecting time-proven methods of intervention to instill hope and empower clients, Since 1978, we have grown to serve the needs of many communities. MHS now operates over 80 programs throughout California with an annual budget of over $70 million. MHS is funded through various county, state, and federal contracts and through private donations.
