Sallux - Athens, Ohio Sallux Overseeing and Supporting Homeschool Communities The Sallux Mission The mission of Sallux is to love and honor Christ while overseeing and supporting Christian homeschool communities and encouraging homeschool families with a vision to be the salt of the earth and light of the world in accordance with Matthew 51314. Sal is Latin for salt and Lux39 is Latin for light. Currently Sallux oversees one homeschool community in Athens Ohio. The community is a Classical Conversations community that meets on Fridays at a church near Athens.
