Shine Through Foundation Welcome Shine Through Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens and young adults in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex have access to Creative Arts programs to help them grow and broaden their horizons. Shine Through Bringing Out the Light Within Welcome to Shine Through Foundation a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping teens and young adults in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex have access to Creative Arts programs. At Shine Through Foundation we are committed to making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. We take a threefold approach to our mission providing scholarships to Creative Arts programs hosting handson workshops and organizing events that give young creative entrepreneurs a platform to showcase their talents.
