LAISPS Los Angeles Institute Society for Psychoanalytic Studies Your Destination for Comprehensive and Diverse Psychoanalytic Education Training LAISPS is a dynamic and forwardthinking organization that provides comprehensive psychoanalytic education to mental health professionals of all levels. As an IPA component society we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages ongoing learning. Our training programs include a fouryear psychoanalytic training program as well as oneyear programs and shorter courses on topics such as psychoanalytic theory clinical technique and applied psychoanalysis. We integrate classical Freudian theories with modern and contemporary contributions including Klein Fairbairn Winnicott Bion object relations ego psychology self psychology intersubjectivity and relational analysis.
