The Louisiana Pediatric Cardiology Foundation LPCF is a 501c3 public charity that provides financial assistance to families in Louisiana to help ease the burden of outofpocket expenses when their children are undergoing lifesaving heart surgeries. In addition LPCF provides FREE heart screens in an effort to detect various cardiac abnormalities in high school athletes namely Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy which is the leading cause of death in young athletes.
