One way to develop a healthy belief system is through the renewal of our minds, as we read in Romans 12:2-3: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—His good, pleasing, and perfect will.” A second way to restructure our belief system is through a method used in therapy called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Its goal is to identify and change negative or irrational thought patterns that often contribute to emotional struggles like depression, anxiety, and stress. 📣 Did you know that in Freedom Session we use both approaches?
