Foundation Communities’ mission is to create homes where families and individuals succeed. Foundation Communities (FC) is a grassroots nonprofit that empowers low- and moderate-income families and individuals through quality affordable housing and the tools necessary to improve mental, physical, educational and financial outcomes. FC's proven housing-plus-services model works to end homelessness by focusing on increasing income, physical and mental health, and housing stability. Onsite services are free to residents and remove common barriers like transportation and cost.
