Nancy’s Place provides safe, affordable housing to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We also provide educational and advocacy resources to impacted families. Nancy's Place is a 501c3 non-profit a non-stock corporation established under the laws of the State of Iowa. It is a housing organization formed and operated to provide safe quality and affordable housing to low-income individuals with intellectual and mental disabilities. To achieve this mission Nancy's Place also provides educational material that can be utilized by family friends social workers and all other supporters of individuals with disabilities to acquire the necessary services that will lead them to live fulfilling lives in their community.

Our Vision Raising the bar for affordable housing in Iowa. Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities do not have adequate access to safe and affordable housing making it extremely difficult for them to become part of the community and live their lives to the fullest.
