We do not have a shelter, we are dependent on fosters! Casa Verde Cat's mission is: (a) To promote the health & welfare of stray and feral cats in South Texas; (b) To educate the public concerning the spaying/neutering of pet cats and trap, neuter, return of feral cats; and (c) To reduce cat overpopulation through trap, neuter, return programs.
