TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION IS CURRENTLY CONSIDERED THE SINGLE MOST EFFECTIVE PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR ELIMINATING STRESS, PROMOTING HEALTH, AND INCREASING CREATIVITY AND INTELLIGENCE AND WAS IMPLEMENTED BY THE INSTITUTE IN SENEGAL, SIERRA LEONE, COTE D'IVOIRE, GHANA, NAMIBIA, MAURITIUS, UGANDA, KENYA AND RWANDA. INSTITUTE PROGRAMS WERE ALSO IMPLEMENTED IN PALESTINE AND GUADELOUPE.
