Established in 2000, The Missouri State Humane Association (MoSHA) administers the the “I’m Pet Friendly” license plate program, raising funds to help end pet overpopulation in the state of Missouri. Funds from the sale of these plates are distributed annually via grants to shelters and other organizations that perform low cost spay/neuter services in their communities throughout the state.
