People exercise real power over real money. CommunityDesign Brainstorm ProjectDevelopment Community Vote FundWinners Representatives shape objectives and develop transparent process rules The community generates project ideas Proposal ideas are formed into feasible projects Community members vote to select projects that they want funded The governmentinstitution funds the winning projects We work for more participatory and just public budgeting for all Oregonians by centering the expertise and leadership of underrepresented communities.
