BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR BALLET REQUIRES ENLIGHTENED LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS COMMITTED TO INCLUSION OF PEOPLE OF COLOR AND CREATING A GENUINE ENVIRONMENT OF BELONGING. Why Beyond the Ballet Barre BTBBs officers and advisory board have decades of dance experience navigating and excelling in a world historically challenged by issues of access to opportunity equity and inclusion of underrepresented artists managers and administrators.
