Prairie Appreciation Day Prairie Appreciation Day Reminder of change in closing time The gate will open at 1000 and close for new visitors at 200 allowing everyone to go through the Activity Stations before they shut down at 300. The Thurston County Glacial Heritage Preserve is on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish people whose ancestors managed and tended here since time immemorial. We will be accepting donations for the Thurston County Food BankNo GLASS Please As always we need lots of VOLUNTEERS to help pull this off. No special knowledge or skills are necessary.
