DEDICATED TO THE TREATMENT AND CURE OF ALL BLEEDING DISORDERS BLEEDING DISORDERS IN TEXAS Hemophilia A affects 1 in 5000 male births. About 400 babies are born with hemophilia A each year. as many as 33000 males in the United States are living with the disorder. 1261 patients with hemophilia or other bleeding disorders were seen at federally funded hemophilia treatment centers HTCs in Texas.
