THE FOUNDATION IS NOT ORGANIZED FOR THE PRIVATE GAIN OF ANY PERSON. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE IS TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE PROGRAMS TO EDUCATE YOUTH REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THE INDUSTRY.
