Overview of FTP FTP is a program that helps parents to manage their childrens behaviors with approaches and techniques that are specifically suited to meeting the familys needs. FTPs goal is to preserve families by keeping children in their natural home. Family Training Program FTP is a nonprofit 501C organization that has been in existence since 1979.
