FAIRWIND YACHT CLUB IS A SAILING COOPERATIVE LOCATED IN MARINA DEL REY AND OXNARD HARBORS IN CALIFORNIA. THE CLUB OWNS BOATS WHICH IT KEEPS IN SLIPS IN BOTH HARBORS, BUT DOES NOT OWN A CLUBHOUSE. MEMBERS PAY QUARTERLY DUES AND SAIL THE BOATS. MEMBERS VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND TEACH BOYS AND GIRLS' CLUB YOUTH SAILING IN BOTH HARBORS.
