Specifically we look at the economic impact of a representative VTARRcertified recovery housing organization as well as the cumulative economic impact of all VTARRcertified organizations. There are a number of Recovery Residences in Vermont that provide safe ethical and nurturing housing for the populations that they serve. VTARR certifies these homes to demonstrate adherence to a rigorous set of national standards narronline.
