Helping people in recovery find a safe place to live Vermont Alliance for Recovery Residences In this report we examine the economic costs and benefitsassociated with VTARRcertified recovery housing organizations using the Fletcher GroupEconomic Calculator. Specifically we look at the economic impact of a representative VTARRcertified recovery housing organization as well as the cumulative economic impact of all VTARRcertified organizations. There are a number of Recovery Residences in Vermont that provide safe ethical and nurturing housing for the populations that they serve. VTARR certifies these homes to demonstrate adherence to a rigorous set of national standards narronline.
