Despite challenges such as limited access to capital for over 70 of small business owners and a lack of affordable commercial spaces the East Side is poised for transformation. We are committed to creating lasting impact through equitable commercial development environmental revitalization and communitycentered initiatives that empower residents and foster sustainable growth. Our work focuses on repurposing underutilized spaces into vibrant hubs that serve the community.
