Home DMBC and The MBMC have collaboratedto host and sponsor an annual Winter Beard Competition both tocelebrate the anniversary of DMBC and to help support local Minnesota charities. The MBMC also provides a philanthropic platform for our members and supporters to participate with many different organizations and programs who are doing great work for the communities they serve. Amongst our various outreach initiatives the coalitionalso aims to provide a voice to advocate for facial hair acceptance in the workplace. As a 501c3 NonProfit organization The MBMC works hard to fulfillour missionTo grow a more inclusive community throughfacial hair.
