Inspire Develop Leaders Leadership Gilroy is a nonprofit organization focused on inspiring and developing leaders in our local community. Since our first Leadership Gilroy class in 1998 over 250 graduates have completed the intensive Community Leadership Program and have exited the program stronger more skilled and more connected to their community. All participants develop vital leadership and teambuilding skills gain a deeper understanding of the local community and forge longlasting friendships. And they also have a lot of fun along the way.
