The Flow
The Flow is the only organization fighting period poverty/stigma exclusively with menstrual cups and menstrual cup information, focused on people living in the US. Our bare-bones, diverse team has partnered with over 60 organizations, reaching thousands of individuals by providing culturally-specific and multilingual menstrual cup education and donating over 9,000 cups to low-income Black and Latine women/girls, including many first-generation Americans and recent immigrants. We are on a singular, innovative mission: to make sure that the people in the US who have the greatest need for menstrual cups have information about them, and access to them at no cost. Our work is at the intersection of social & racial justice, health and gender equity, and environmental sustainability.
