Home - Project Hospitality Our Mission It is the mission of Project Hospitality Inc. to reach out to community members who are hungry homeless or otherwise in need in order to work with them to achieve their selfsufficiency thereby enhancing the quality of life in our community. Project Hospitality seeks to realize its mission both by advocating for those in need and by establishing a comprehensive continuum of care that begins with the provision of food clothing and shelter and extends to other services which include health care mental health alcohol and substance abuse treatment HIV care education vocational training legal assistance and transitional and permanent housing. Continuum of Care Having identified the special needs for mental health chemical dependency treatment and HIV care for the population of homeless people we serve on Staten Island Project Hospitality has developed a comprehensive continuum of compassionate care over the years to meet those special needs while providing the basics of food clothing and shelter and developing models of housing that would provide longterm support with the highest level of selfsufficiency possible.

Project Hospitality spoke today at press conference with Senator Chuck Shumer. PH volunteer & Senior Citizen Patricia Brooks told her story of needing help of SNAP to put food on her table. Social security pays the rent, utilities, bus fare & but does not stretch far enough to put food on the table.
