Meet Rise Up Roses Our Mission Rise Up Roses is a nonprofit organization that helps caregivers and children by providing mindfulness tools through movement so they experience a stronger belief in themselves emotional regulation inner awareness and transformationin their overall health. Our Story Rise Up Roses began as a free podcast A Calm Kid created during the COVID19 pandemic as a mindful tool for caregivers and kids. What started as a simple resource has blossomed into a powerful movement. Today our programs like Rise Up Shine Rise Thrive and Breathe Believe along with our professional development sessions are making a positive impact in 3 school districts around Richmond Virginia.
