Our Story Rise Up Roses began as a free podcast A Calm Kid created during the COVID19 pandemic as a mindful tool for caregivers and kids. What started as a simple resource has blossomed into a powerful movement. Today our programs like Rise Up Shine Rise Thrive and Breathe Believe along with our professional development sessions are making a positive impact in 3 school districts around Richmond Virginia.
