("Foundation") is to foster, support, and encourage the activities and purposes of its Member's nonprofit subsidiaries Central Arkansas Radiation Therapy Institute, Inc. and CARTI Cancer Centers, Inc. and to advance their objectives, including sponsorship of and assistance to provide healthcare services to cancer patients.
