The Animal Rescue Assistance Team Tennessee’s mission is to facilitate the rescue and adoption of animals from animal control facilities, and to prevent animals from entering animal control facilities in lower Middle Tennessee. Also, we assist and educate any individual, group or entity who is working on the pet overpopulation issue in Tennessee.
