Missoula Horse Council Inc was organized in response to an opportunity to develop 90 acres of vacant county land into an usuable area for horse riding and public walking. Missoula Horse Council Inc is charged by the county with operating the Big Sky Horse Park and works under the oversight of the Big Sky Stewardship Council, a county board.
