NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH Laguna Greens Neighborhd Watch The Laguna Greens Neighborhood Watch started April 1995 and is dedicated to keeping our neighborhood a safe place to live by increasing awareness ofcrime prevention creating a neighborhood network and decreasing my neighboris a stranger factor that contributes to indifference about the neighborhoodand neighbors. Boris the Burglar is a registered trademark ofthe National Sheriffs Association. Our mission is the education of the community and public about crime prevention safety and law enforcement resources. The goals areto create a network of concerned citizens to provide activities for childrenand adults which promote interaction and communication among members of thecommunity and the public to create a liaison with local law enforcement andpubic officials which facilitates rapid response to our concerns and todevelop educational programs which increase awareness of crime prevention.
