The dispatch workgroup is located within the airline Operations Control Center OCC in Miramar Florida the workgroup consists of Flight Followers Flight Dispatch Officers FDO Dispatch Shift Coordinators DSC Air Traffic Control Coordinators Aircraft Routers and Flight Dispatch Trainers.
