Home | WomenInspiring Home More Women Inspiring NextGen WIN is an allvolunteer Women39s Giving Circle that dedicates the charitable dollars of its members to support nonprofit organizations which provide critical opportunities and resources for underserved youth in the Greater Los Angeles area. Given that we are an allvolunteer organization we are committed to granting at least 97 of our donations directly to nonprofit grants with the rest going only to basic administrative costs. For most of us largescale donations may be in our hearts but are beyond our individual means. By donating collectively we can make largescale awardsreality and with greater impact.
