Our Mission States: Compassion Airlift provides free air transportation for eligible patients to medical facilities for specialized evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or rehabilitation not available near their home, especially for those who require a stretcher enroute.

Main Navigation About Us Compassion Airlift is a 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization based in Manassas Virginia that provides patient transport flights originating or terminating in the Eastern United States. Transportation is provided in a stretcherequipped singleengine Beechcraft Bonanza flown by highly qualified and experienced volunteer pilots. Compassion Airlift flights are available to military veterans and their families children attending specialneeds camps and others who have a financial hardship and compelling air transportation needs for humanitarian reasons. Compassion Airlift stands ready to help when called to satisfy disaster or emergency response demands.
